#kümnes matsh
"You've got to get used to losing. It's not that scary. It's not too scary to trip and fall down. People will point and laugh at you. Ignore it. Move pass it. Because there's nobody who got to high level at anything without failing a lot."

Ilgelt valus on.
See tegi terveks õhtuks lollakalt õnnelikuks.

Nimelt:
- Mitte miski ei takista mind tegelemast ülakehatreeninguga. Hantlid, kõhulihased. Mu keha on harjunud aktiivse eluga. Enne vigastust olid normiks kümnetunniseid trenninädalaid. (Väga kõva sõna - tüdruku kohta, kelle jaoks pooleteise aasta eest panid lebod algkursuse trennid minestuse äärele viima.) Jätkan. Teen oma esimese lõuatõmbe. Viimati tegin ühe vist üheksa-aastasena. Ma olen kindel, et leian palju mooduseid, kuidas tugevamaks muutuda.
- õpin selgeks IBJJFi ja ADCC võistluste reeglid. Võtan ette bluebeltide ja whitebeltide võistlusvideod ja püüan neid hinnata. Jitsikohtunikuks olen ammuilma tahtnud saada. Olen nüüd selleks palju rohkem valmis ka.
Need olid head mõtted. Jess ongi tore.
Ma tõesti usun, et ma EI peaks keskenduma asjadele, mida teha ei saa (trenn). Pole eriti perspektiivi sel tegevusel. Lisaks eelpool väljatoodule on asju, mida teha SAAN:
- Mu äge treener Ronald on filminud päris toreda hulga drille videosse. Ka nii saab õppida. Lisaks andis hea Armin mulle kogu turtliteemalise laagri videopagasi.

Mul on praeguseks vähe hirmusid. Elasin kuradi palju üle. Ma pole mitte kunagi pidanud olema nii tugev.
Kirjutasin Dionile.
You've had a challenging jiu-jitsu journey so far, but you're overcoming these challenges. Not everyone can do that. I think you're going to become a scarily tough jiu-jitsu fighter.

#10th fight

Finally got my surgery! It was my 10th fight. Dr. BJJ put a metal stick into my foot (he calls it metal plate, but it looks like a stick) and I feel like Iron Woman or Wolverina.
Thanks, Dr. BJJ. You are awesome.

My foot hurts a lot. But less than yesterday. I am sure it's even more tolerable tomorrow. Pain killers are still my best friends. Sometimes... it's really, really bad.
My Head Coach Priit analysed all my Grappling Industries fights. It made me really happy. So the whole evening I klicked reply button and followed his comments. It all started to make more sense. His BJJ is damn logical, and this is one of the main reasons why I love his coaching so much.

I am bedridden for some time. But. I'm not just going to lie in bed and feel sorry for myself. Oh no.
I talked about it a lot with Jess in Bali (how cool that sounds - with Jess. In Bali). I had this stupid smile on my face - extra strong painkillers had a part to play in this - and it was amazing summer day on paradise beach and the cocktail Jess had bought me was simply divine. She told me her story. It hurt. A lot. But also helped me. I realised I have to listen her advice, which is:
- NOTHING stops me training my upper body. I can work out with dumbbells or du sit-ups. My body was used with active life - before injury my norm was about 10 hours of training a week. (Not bad for a girl who a year and a half ago almost fainted after every easy beginner's class). I will do my first pull-up. I am pretty damn sure there are ways to become better.
- I will learn all the rules of IBJJF and ADCC comps. Jess suggested to watch some fights of blue belts or white belts and try to give points. I always wanted to become a ref.
Not bad ideas.
I truly believe I shouldn't focus on what I can not do (training). There are no particular prospects for this activity.
There are more things I CAN do:
- My awesome Estonian coach Ronald recorded heaps of drills. I can watch them until I can notice every single detail. My training partner Armin have the video of one of our camps. If anybody else have cool and useful stuff - please send it to me.
- I try to do stuff for 3D Treening. Head coach said I can write some stuff.
- I also need to start with recovery.

This accident taught that I'm a lot stronger than I thought. I have a little fear. I have gone trough a lot. I've never had to be so strong.
I wrote to Dion, my coach in Perth. I know he was very worried about me. I still consider him (and Lachie) as my coaches. because they care. I wrote him the surgery was a success and everything will be fine.
He replied:
